Death in Livestock Farm: Police officer says shooting was accidental.

Goiás 247 - Civil police officer Levi Moura, who killed young Luan Vitor during a show at the Goiânia Livestock Fair, stated in interviews that the shooting was accidental. "I am not a criminal, I didn't leave my house to rob or murder anyone," he said in an interview with TV Anhanguera.

According to the police officer, who is being held at the Homicide Division, his girlfriend was robbed during the show and he reacted. Levi claims that his son was also assaulted during the altercation. A video released by an amateur videographer shows the commotion.

The police officer and other men were in a physical altercation when Luan approached the fight. Levi Moura explained how the shot that killed Luan occurred. "I put my hand on the victim's chest to try to pull him away from the situation, but because my grip wasn't perfect and I was in a falling position, the shot was fired," he said in an interview with TV Serra Dourada.

The police officer couldn't say whether Luan was involved in the robbery and said he reacted by grabbing his gun when he saw his son bleeding after being assaulted.

Levi is being held in a special wing of the police station and during interviews he does not wear handcuffs because he is a civil police officer.
