With 92,49% of the votes counted, Marcelo Miranda (PMDB) is leading the race for Governor of the State. Miranda has 51,84% of the valid votes, according to data from the Superior Electoral Court; followed by Sandoval Cardoso (SD), with 44,25% of the valid votes. In third place is Ataídes Oliveira (PROS), with only 3,47%; for the Senate, Senator Kátia Abreu (PMDB) has 42,51% of the votes. Eduardo Gomes (SD) is in second place with 39,73%; Sargento Aragão (PROS) has 16,05%.
