"Which party in the country is having a discussion like this?" he told Folha de S.Paulo. The politician from Goiás says there is no risk of division. "We will have only one candidate."
Regarding the PSDB's continued participation or departure from Michel Temer's government base, Marconi reiterated what he had stated days earlier. The departure would be "natural," as ministers focus on their candidacies in 2018. "There will be no interest on the part of the PSDB in appointing new ministers," he added.
