According to money launderer Alberto Yousseff, Luiz Fernando received monthly sums originating from embezzlement at the state-owned company; the amounts ranged from R$30 to R$150, which were part of the parliamentarian's party's quota; he allegedly helped Yousseff win a bid, where they supposedly paid him something close to R$200.
