Kakay does not believe in a victory for Demosthenes in the Supreme Court.

Demosthenes seeks lawyer to appeal to the Supreme Federal Court.
Former Senator Demóstenes Torres declares himself satisfied with the work of Antonio Carlos de Almeida Castro (Kakay), and the criminal lawyer will continue his defense in the Monte Carlo operation case, but is now seeking a constitutional lawyer to appeal to the Supreme Federal Court against the revocation of his mandate. Kakay spoke with Demóstenes about the matter tonight and told him that he respects his decision to appeal, but after more than thirty years of practicing law before the Supreme Federal Court, he feels comfortable not defending arguments he doesn't believe in. The lawyer made it clear that there is no disagreement between him and his client.
