A preliminary injunction was granted as a result of a writ of mandamus filed by the Teachers' Center of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (CPERS Union) and prevents any deductions resulting from the strike by teachers and school staff in Rio Grande do Sul; these professionals have been on strike since September and have already decided to continue the movement.
By South 21 - The legal counsel of the Teachers' Center of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (CPERS Sindicato) obtained, this Saturday (29) an injunction against the cut of the pay of teachers and school employees of the state education network, announced yesterday by the government of José Ivo Sartori (PMDB) through an official note.
The injunction was granted as a result of the Writ of Mandamus filed by the advisory team with the aim of preventing any discount resulting from the strike of teachers and school staff in the State of Rio Grande do Sul that began on September 5th. In a general assembly held this Friday (29) at Gigantinho, the category decided to continue the strike indefinitely.
