247 - On the same day that the players who will represent Brazil in the qualifiers for the Qatar World Cup were announced, the national team coordinator Juninho Paulista defended himself against accusations of an alleged conflict of interest within the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation).
He maintained a connection with the Ituano team even after taking a position at the highest level of the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation).
"What I have to say is that I am very confident in my competence and credentials to hold the position I am in. It was a legal matter, this issue has been resolved, and everything is 'ok' with the CBF," he said.
