iPad gets a card game app for kids.
"Copaguinho in Space" is optimized for the new tablet version and can be downloaded for free from the App Store starting this Thursday.
247– If playing cards is considered difficult by children, a new app has arrived to take the complexity out of the game. "Copaguinho no espaço" (Little Copag in Space), aimed at children, has just been launched for iPad by Copag, one of the most traditional playing card manufacturers in the world. Developed by Mkt Virtual, the app is free and can be downloaded from this Thursday, the 31st.
"Copaguinho in Space" is a continuation of the game "The Adventures of Copaguinho," released in 2011 and available for free on the website of Copag's mascot, a character that appears on the brand's children's game cards.
"The first game was very well received, so we suggested to the client that they continue the project, now developed for iPad, which is increasingly used by children. The game is optimized for the latest version of the device and allows the user to play with both hands," says Ludmilla Rossi, creative director of Mkt Virtual.
The game – "Copaguinho in Space" consists of 10 levels in which the Copag mascot experiences great adventures alongside the Tóins, two friendly little creatures who need to find their way back home.
According to Danilo Costa, who is responsible for the project, the game has two difficulty levels: easy and normal. To avoid feelings of frustration when players are unable to progress through the levels, the difficulty can be reduced mid-game.
