The Civil Police appointed delegate Maria Angelita on Monday (3) to investigate the case. The police report was registered at the 1st Specialized Police Station for the Defense of Women's Rights, in the Center of Maceió. She has also already undergone examinations.
According to a report from the G1 portal, Duda said she arrived at the bar at 14:35 PM and only drank three glasses of gin; after that, she doesn't remember anything else. Following this encounter, she had a workout scheduled with a friend at 17 PM. This friend tried to contact her throughout the afternoon but couldn't. Her cell phone was already turned off, possibly by the alleged assailant.
She barely remembers when she woke up, in the early hours of December 30th, 12 hours after the encounter, in an apartment in Jatiúca.
"Around 3:30 to 4:00 AM, I have no recollection of anything that happened to me, not where I was, not how I left, not how I ended up at his house, not even if anything happened to me," she says in one of the excerpts.
