"This is the most anticipated Grand Prix by the drivers and sponsors. This year's Stock Car GP in Bahia is expected to boost Salvador's economy by more than R$ 20 million, according to expectations presented this Tuesday (14) by the Secretary of Tourism, Domingos Leonelli. The race takes place on Sunday (19) at the Administrative Center (CAB).

The event's financial transactions are directed towards sales in bars, restaurants, and hotels, as well as investments in media and advertising.

Representatives from Vicar, the company organizing the event, and the state government announced at the press conference that the contract for promoting the races in Bahia should be renewed for another five years.
