Next Monday (20), Governor Camilo Santana will release funds for the infrastructure of the Guaiuba Chemical Industrial Park, in a ceremony starting at 9 am. The Park will have 27 companies, generating 1.967 direct jobs, with an investment from the Government of Ceará of over R$ 10 million, through the Ceará Development Agency (Adece) and the Secretariats of Economic Development (SDE) and Infrastructure (Seinfra).

The creation of the Polo is a partnership between the Union of Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Petroleum Distillation and Refining Industries in the State of Ceará (Sindquímica), the Municipality of Guaiuba, and the Government of Ceará.

The project will be managed by the entrepreneurs who set up shop there, who will be responsible for the costs of energy, communication, and the implementation of spaces such as quality analysis laboratories, restaurants, and an auditorium for events.

The idea is that business owners can share various areas of the complex, such as the auditorium, cafeteria, and areas designated for security and quality control. The fact that companies are gathered in the same space will also mean reduced costs for the owners, since it will be possible, for example, to make collective purchases, splitting the cost of the acquisition and shipping.

Companies from various sectors are expected to set up shop in the area, such as cleaning supplies, paint, cosmetics, and packaging.
