The highest-ranked governor among the 27 state governors in the country is Omar Aziz (PSD) from Amazonas. The survey indicated that 74% of Amazonians consider his administration good or excellent. Regarding his personal evaluation, that percentage rises to 84%.
In second place is presidential candidate and governor of Pernambuco, Eduardo Campos (PSB), with 58% of the people of Pernambuco considering his administration excellent or good. The socialist enjoys a personal approval rating of 76%. In third place is the governor of Acre, Tião Viana (PT), with a positive rating of 55% and a personal rating of 70%.
Worst rated
The governor of Rio Grande do Norte, Rosalba Ciarlini (DEM), holds the record for the worst performance rating. Only 7% of the state's population considers her administration excellent or good. However, in terms of personal approval ratings, that percentage rises to 13%.
In second place is the governor of the Federal District, Agnelo Queiroz (PT). His administration is rated positively by only 9% of the population. His personal approval rating, however, reaches 16%. In third place is the governor of Amapá, Camilo Capibaribe (PSB). According to the survey, 18% of the population considers his administration excellent or good. His personal approval rating is 26%.
In fourth place is the governor of Rio, Sérgio Cabral (PMDB), with 18% of the population of Rio de Janeiro considering his administration excellent or good. Regarding his personal approval rating, this figure rises to 39%.
