Gomide is betting on a street campaign to take off.
The PT candidate for governor has been touring various municipalities in the interior, walking through the streets and avenues; "Our campaign is in the streets and with the people. I see that people want change with a new face and a new project," says Gomide; fourth in the polls, the PT candidate has an agenda in the Northern Region of the State on Thursday and Friday.
Goiás247 - Candidate Antônio Gomide (PT) is prioritizing a grassroots campaign in this first stage of the election. Accompanied by his running mate Tayrone Di Martino and Senate candidate Marina Sant'Anna, Gomide has been traveling to inland cities, walking through streets and avenues, greeting locals and visiting businesses. "Our way of working is to be in the streets alongside the people," says the former mayor of Anápolis.
On Sunday, he was in Formosa and this Tuesday he will be in Nerópolis and Jaraguá. On Wednesday (23), the same activity will be carried out at the Camelódromo in Goiânia and in Inhumas.
This Thursday and Friday, the Workers' Party candidate will travel to the northern region of the state, where he will visit the cities of Niquelândia, Uruaçu, Campinorte, Estrela do Norte, Santa Tereza, Formoso, Trombas, Porangatu, Mutunópolis, and Minaçu. Over the weekend, the candidate will be in Luziânia and Valparaíso. For Gomide, the focus now is on strengthening contact with voters and seeking support from those who desire genuine change in the state.
“Our campaign is on the streets and with the people. I see that people want change with a new face and a new project,” emphasizes Gomide, who has already held walks in Aparecida de Goiânia, Anápolis, Novo Gama, Trindade, Itaberaí, Heitoraí, Guaraíta, Itapuranga and Luziânia.
Gomide has been in fourth place in the election polls, and in the latest survey by the Fortiori institute, he obtained 7% in the simulated election.
