Gilmar is the biggest laxative in Brazil, says prosecutor from the MP-GO (Public Prosecutor's Office of Goiás).
Fernando Krebs, a prosecutor with the Public Ministry in Goiás, stated that Supreme Court Justice Gilmar Mendes is "Brazil's biggest laxative" for "releasing everyone, especially white-collar criminals"; Krebs demanded that Attorney General Raquel Dodge investigate Gilmar.
Goiás 247 - Fernando Krebs, prosecutor for the Public Ministry in Goiás, stated, this Thursday (7), to radio Brasil Central that the Supreme Federal Court (STF) minister Gilmar Mendes is the "biggest laxative in Brazil" for "releasing everyone, especially white-collar criminals".
"He (Mendes) creates his own law. Besides, I don't know how Gilmar is a Supreme Court Justice. Is there no one in Brazil with the guts to investigate a Supreme Court Justice?", the prosecutor questioned.
Krebs also criticized the Attorney General of the Republic, Raquel Dodge, for not investigating Mendes. "Is it because she's his friend? And that's why she doesn't request his disqualification?", he asked.
Mendes's press office told the Expresso column that he would not comment before reviewing the case.
