Employees of Caixa Econômica Federal in Ceará joined the National Day of Struggle mobilization, proposed by FENAE - Federation of Associations of CEF Personnel. The objective of the mobilization in Caixa branches is to protest against the removal of rights, as well as to maintain the bank as 100% public and to resume hiring. Following guidance from FENAE, the opening of the branches was delayed.

The mobilization has also been taking place on social media since yesterday, with the hashtag #CaixaNãoMexaNosMeusDireitos (Caixa, Don't Mess With My Rights).

The president of Fenae, Jair Pedro Ferreira, urged the category to join the movement. "It is very important that the category participates in the activities, because only in this way will we be able to avoid the setbacks that are already harming employees. It was through mobilization that we managed to get Caixa to back down regarding the hazard pay for pawn appraisers."
