Itaquerão stadium worries FIFA.
The exchange of pleasantries between Joseph Blatter and Dilma Rousseff regarding the 2014 World Cup will not be the only chapter this week in the debate about delays in the 2014 World Cup construction projects.
During an inspection carried out at the Itaquerão stadium in recent days, FIFA expressed concern about the progress of the works. This is not referring to the delay caused by the accident at the end of last year, but to finishing work, such as the flooring, for example.
FIFA believes that Corinthians and Odebrecht are leaving several of these finishing touches to be completed after the World Cup.
The Local Organizing Committee for the Cup will meet in the late afternoon to discuss the matter.
