Rio Grande do Sul 247 – “Science without Borders changes our lives forever,” said Gabriela Delor from Rio Grande do Sul to President Dilma, whom she met yesterday (24) in Seville.

Gabriela, a CAPES scholarship recipient, is pursuing her doctorate in Spain and wrote a letter of thanks, "on behalf of all government scholarship recipients, especially those in the Science Without Borders program," for the priority that the Dilma government gave to the education of Brazilians.

With Michel Temer in power, the program is likely to end.
