State adjusts employee contributions to Plansaúde.
The government of Tocantins published Decree No. 5.551 in the Official Gazette, amending Decree 4.051 of May 11, 2010, which regulates the law on the Health Assistance Plan for Public Servants of the State of Tocantins – Plansaúde; in the decree, Governor Marcelo Miranda determines the readjustment of contribution values for state employees to Plansaúde; the effects of the decree will come into force on January 1, 2017.
Tocantins 247 - The government of Tocantins published in the Official Gazette on Friday (16) Decree No. 5.551, amending Decree 4.051, of May 11, 2010, which regulates the law on the Health Assistance Plan for Public Servants of the State of Tocantins – Plansaúde. In the decree, Governor Marcelo Miranda determines the readjustment of contribution values of state employees to Plansaúde. The effects of the decree will be valid from January 1, 2017.
According to the text, the values increase from R$ 52,93 to R$ 95,80 for dependents aged 0 to 18; from R$ 53,75 to R$ 97,29 for dependents aged 19 to 28; from R$ 67,01 to R$ 121,29 for dependents aged 29 to 38; from R$ 78,59 to R$ 142,25 for dependents aged 39 to 43; from R$ 79,13 to R$ 143,23 for dependents aged 44 to 48; from R$ 104,22 to R$ 188,64 for dependents aged 49 to 53; from R$ 108,89 to R$ 197,09 for dependents aged 54 to 58; and from R$ From R$168,67 to R$305,29, in the case of dependents over 59 years of age.
In the document, the government points out that “the values set forth in this article are adjusted on January 1st of each year, according to the General Price Index – Market (IGPM), calculated in the immediately preceding fiscal year. The co-payment will be made in equal monthly installments corresponding to 30% of the respective limits.”
