Dominguinhos returns to the ICU at Sírio Libanês Hospital.

Singer Dominguinhos has returned to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Sírio Libanês Hospital, in São Paulo, where he is hospitalized; the information about the musician's health status was given by the accordionist's daughter, Liv Moraes, this Monday (22); he had left the ICU on the 13th, after showing improvements regarding the respiratory infection and control of cardiac arrhythmia.

PE247 – Singer Dominguinhos has returned to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Sírio Libanês Hospital, in São Paulo, where he is hospitalized. Information about the musician's health status was given by his daughter, Liv Moraes, on Monday afternoon (22). The musician had left the ICU on the 13th, after showing improvements regarding his respiratory infection and control of his cardiac arrhythmia. The hospital said it was unaware of any changes in Dominguinhos' health status and that, should this occur, a new medical bulletin will be released.

The artist has been battling lung cancer for six years. He was hospitalized in Recife on December 17th of last year with pneumonia and heart problems, requiring a temporary pacemaker. Due to complications in his health, Dominguinhos was transferred to the Sírio Libanês Hospital on January 13th.
