247 - Bárbara Jankavski, known on social media as “Human Barbie”, was found dead on Sunday night (2), inside the apartment of a 51-year-old public defender in Lapa, west of São Paulo. The information was released by Metropolis, who had access to the police report filed in the case.
According to the account of the lawyer Renato Campos Pinto de Vitto, he had hired the sexual services of the influencer, also called "Inhuman Doll" by her followers. The young woman arrived at the property around 1 a.m. and remained there throughout the day, accompanied by the public servant and a friend of his.
According to the police report, the three had used illicit substances throughout the day. The lawyer stated that Bárbara coughed a few times before falling asleep next to him while they were watching television. Upon realizing she was no longer moving, he called the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) and attempted resuscitation for approximately nine minutes, following the paramedics' instructions. Death was pronounced at 21:07 PM.
Upon arriving at the scene, the Military Police found Bárbara's body lying face up, wearing only underwear. The police noted a visible injury to her left eye and marks on her back. A friend of the public defender, who was also in the apartment during the day, said that Bárbara had slipped and fallen around 4 a.m., which would have caused the eye injury.
Police are now investigating the circumstances of the death, including drug use, possible injuries, and the time elapsed between the alleged illness and the call for help.

Bárbara was 31 years old, had over 54 followers on Instagram, and was known for having undergone 27 plastic surgeries to resemble the Barbie doll—procedures that, according to her, cost around R$ 300 over the years. Among the procedures were neck liposuction, eyebrow lift, nose thinning, and buttock augmentation.
On social media, she shared her routine, aesthetic transformations, and media appearances. Friends posted tributes after her death. One of them stated that the influencer was "beautiful, young, and with a soul full of love," lamenting not having been present in her final days and saying that he will always carry her "in his heart."
