Danilo Forte obtains injunction to block expulsion from PSB.
The Federal District Court granted a partial injunction this Monday (16) to prevent the expulsion of federal deputy Danilo Forte from the PSB, which will be decided at a party meeting scheduled for today. He and three other members are threatened after voting in favor of the Temer government's labor reform.
Ceará 247 - Federal deputy Danilo Forte (PSB) obtained, this Monday (16), a partial injunction with the Federal District Court to block his expulsion from the party, which will be decided at a meeting today.
The party leadership decided to remove him from office after the congressman voted in favor of the Temer government's labor reform, contradicting party guidelines. In addition to the congressman from Ceará, congressmen Tereza Cristina, Fabio Garcia, and the Minister of Mines and Energy, Fernando Coelho Filho, are in the same situation.
"I partially grant the request for preliminary injunction to prohibit the defendant's national board from making any decisions regarding the application of penalties to the aforementioned individuals," reads part of the injunction.
