The baby, Miguel (who shares the same name as his great-grandfather, former governor Miguel Arraes), was expected to be born next Saturday. Campos and Renata started dating when he was 15 and she was 13. The couple already has four children: Maria Eduarda, João, Pedro, and José. Like their other children, the baby was born via natural childbirth.
