The political party led in the state by Congressman Irajá Abreu is holding an Electoral Workshop for its 82 pre-candidates for mayor and 40 vice-mayor candidates in the state; the event will run until 17 pm and will feature lectures on Electoral Marketing, Electoral Legislation, Accountability, and a presentation by journalist and political commentator Heraldo Pereira on Communication; the event will be attended by the National President of the PSD, Minister of Communications Gilberto Kassab, Senator Kátia Abreu (PMDB), and other leaders.
Tocantins 247 - The Social Democratic Party of the State of Tocantins, through its state president, federal deputy Irajá Abreu, is promoting this Tuesday, the 19th, the 1st Electoral Workshop for the 82 pre-candidates for mayor and 40 vice-mayor candidates of the party in the state.
The workshop will begin at 8:00 AM this Tuesday, the 19th, in the FAET auditorium in Palmas. Lectures will be given on Electoral Marketing, Electoral Legislation, Accountability, and the global journalist and political commentator Heraldo Pereira will be speaking about Communication.
The event will be attended by the National President of the PSD, Minister of Communications Gilberto Kassab, Senator Kátia Abreu (PMDB), and several political authorities from Tocantins.
In Palmas, the PSD is currently part of the base supporting Mayor Carlos Amastha (PSB). However, Senator Kátia Abreu, mother of the state president, is said to have pledged support to the pre-candidacy of former mayor Raul Filho, in a move that involved Senator Vicentinho Alves (PR) and Representative Carlos Gaguim (PTN).read more).
