The 5th Criminal Court of Brasília today (08) revoked the preventive detention of the former director of Delta in the Central-West region, Cláudio Abreu. Indicted by the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Federal District in Operation Saint-Michel for the crimes of influence peddling and forming a criminal organization, Abreu will leave Papuda today, where he has been held since April 25.
The court released the executive, but established a series of measures to prevent his escape or collusion with other members of the gang led by Carlinhos Cachoeira.
Abreu will have to hand over his passport and appear before the 5th Criminal Court of Brasília between the 10th and 15th of each month.
