Ceara 247 - Philosopher, political scientist and professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), Emir Sader, will be in Fortaleza this Friday, the 21st, presenting a lecture on “Democracy and Social Rights in Brazil and Latin America”, at 19 pm, at Casa Amarela Eusélio Oliveira, a facility of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC).

Sader came at the invitation of the Special Coordination for Public Youth Policies of the State of Ceará, which aims to encourage the political participation of young people in Ceará, debating issues that impact their daily lives. The lecture is free and does not require prior registration.
