He opposes Marília Arraes' candidacy in the state; surrounded by shouts of "coup plotter," the parliamentarian stated that his support for the Brazilian Socialist Party (PSB) was an instruction from Lula.
Around 17:30 PM, Costa arrived at the Recife Plaza Hotel in Boa Viagem and went straight to the room where the party leadership is privately discussing their own candidacy in Pernambuco. When he tried to give an interview, he was met with shouts of "coup plotter, coup plotter" from party militants.
