247 - Eddy Junior reported on Monday night (17), via social media, that he was the victim of a racist attack by a neighbor in the condominium. On Instagram, the young man stated that he was called “monkey, filthy, ugly, vulture and dangerous little black man” when trying to use the building's elevator with his neighbor and his dog, last night. The report is from portal G1.

The building's surveillance system recorded at least two occasions when the retired woman and her son were at his apartment door with a knife and a bottle.

The images are from September 1st and 7th, according to the building's records, located in Barra Funda, in the western part of São Paulo city. The comedian stated that since April he has been the target of complaints from his neighbor about noise in his apartment in the early morning hours, at times when, according to him, he was sleeping or even out of the house.

On September 1st, at around 3:50 AM, the neighbor's son appeared in front of Eddy's apartment with a knife. He even played with the object, pointing it at the door and banging it against the wall.

The man leaves after about a minute. Building staff arrive on the floor around 3:55 AM and speak with Eddy, who shows them images on his cell phone.

A week later, again in the early morning, at 3:03 AM, mother and son appear in the footage from the fifth floor, seemingly altered. They remain for about a minute, leave, and return at 3:08 AM. The recording shows the man with a knife tucked into his shorts. They leave within seconds.

At 3:11 AM, a building employee appears, takes notes, and leaves. Again, around 3:28 AM, the mother appears with a bottle, and the young man with the knife. The screams continue for another minute.

In court, the condominium administration stated that there were no complaints from other neighbors against the YouTuber's unit, that a fine was issued when an unusual situation was detected, but that only the retired woman was complaining.
