Caiado calls Cubans "pawns" of the PT (Workers' Party).

"The PT's mark on Human Rights is one of omission and ideologization. What they are doing to these poor Cuban doctors is a crime," stated the leader of the DEM party, Senator Ronaldo Caiado (GO), on Twitter; during the March 15th demonstration, Caiado, who is a doctor, wore a fascist t-shirt associating former president Lula with a physical disability, typical of those who incite hatred and intolerance.

The leader of the DEM party in the Senate, Ronaldo Caiado (GO), once again criticized the Mais Médicos program on his personal Twitter account. According to the senator, "the Cuban doctors are pawns of two corrupt governments (sic). The Lula-Dilma government and the Castro family dictators. All financed with Brazilian public money!", said the senator.

On Friday, Caiado filed a complaint with the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF) against the Minister of Health, Arthur Chioro, requesting punishment for any illegalities committed in the Mais Médicos program.

"The PT's [Workers' Party] mark on Human Rights is one of omission and ideologization. What they are doing to these poor Cuban doctors is a crime," stated the leader of the DEM [Democrats]. He wants to summon Minister Ideli Salvatti, from the Secretariat of Human Rights of the Presidency of the Republic, to give explanations to the Senate about the working conditions of Cuban doctors in Brazil.

In the legal action filed on Friday, Caiado alleges that the program is being used to "finance the Cuban dictatorship" and that the doctors work through a "commercial partnership," which constitutes an employment relationship.
