247 - A US judge has just finalized the details of a lawsuit about to be filed by the company Gate Five against Beyoncé. The company will seek $100 million in estimated damages, alleging that the artist abandoned a video game project in which she was to star.

The star left the game project, which was to be called "Starpower: Beyoncé," in 2010. At the time, her lawyers assured her that she could abandon it without problems, since the financial agreements had not yet been confirmed.

The company, in turn, responded that Beyoncé was aware that the negotiations (worth around US$20 million) would be finalized in a few days. If the lawsuit goes ahead, the pop star could be summoned to court. This information comes from the website Gigwise.com.
