Bapesp: Dilma has 53% of the preference of Bahians

A survey by the Bahia Research and Statistics institute indicates an absolute majority for President Dilma Rousseff against her opponents; the Workers' Party candidate has 53% of the electorate's preference, compared to 26% for Marina Silva (PSB) and 10% for Aécio Neves (PSDB).

Bahia 247 - A survey by the Bahia Research and Statistics Institute (Bapesp) that measured the voting intentions of Bahians for the state government, released on Monday night (22), also assessed the scenario for the presidency of the Republic. And once again President Dilma Rousseff, who is trying to be re-elected, has an absolute majority against her opponents. The PT candidate has 53% of the electorate's preference, against 26% for Marina Silva (PSB) and 10% for Aécio Neves, of the PSDB.

In relation to the previous survey by the same institute, released on the 9th, Dilma lost 1% of voting intentions, the same as Marina Silva – from 27% to 26%. The PSDB candidate experienced the largest drop, of two percentage points, compared to the previous survey.

Of the smaller parties, Pastor Everaldo (PSC) has 1%, while Luciana Genro (PSOL), Eduardo Jorge (PV), and Rui Pimenta (PCO) received less than 1%. The survey interviewed two thousand people and is registered under number BA-00021/2014.
