According to the document, Rafael arrived at the bar in his car, braking abruptly, startling people who were there. He was allegedly accompanied by two men and asked a waiter, already known to the actor, to introduce him to the establishment's manager. "I'm going to kill you," Rafael reportedly told the manager immediately after shaking his hand. João Fernando turned his back to the actor, believing it to be a joke, and was allegedly punched in the back of the neck.
