The Arraiá do Povo festival takes place from June 20th to 30th; check out the schedule.
The event will take place at the event square on the Atalaia waterfront in Aracaju; the program features only artists from Sergipe and includes cultural expressions typical of the June festivities, such as quadrille dances, fife bands, folk groups, and the traditional Sergipe forró music.
Sergipe Cultural - The Government of Sergipe, through the State Secretariat of Culture (Secult), will hold the seventh edition of the 'Arraiá do Povo' between June 20th and 30th, at the event square on the Atalaia waterfront in Aracaju. The program features only artists from Sergipe and includes typical cultural expressions of the June festivities, such as quadrilles, fife bands, folkloric groups and, of course, the best of traditional Sergipe forró music.
The event is sponsored by the Banese Institute and Petrobras. Check out the full program below:
