      Aécio asks Gomes to work on the national campaign.

      Tocantins 247 - Presidential candidate Aécio Neves, from the PSDB party, met this Wednesday, the 8th, in Brasília, with political allies from Tocantins. Among them were federal deputy Eduardo Gomes (SD), senator Vicentinho Alves (SD), elected federal deputy Vicentinho Júnior (PSB), re-elected federal deputy Professora Dorinha (DEM), and elected state deputy Olyntho Neto (PSDB).

      According to Congressman Eduardo Gomes, Aécio invited him to participate in the national campaign strategies of the PSDB candidate. "My participation will be like that of any Brazilian, and it should be that way, because every politician, in these 18 days remaining until the elections, should behave like a Brazilian, regardless of the position they hold or the party they belong to."

      Regarding the coordination of Aécio Neves' campaign in Tocantins, claimed by Olyntho Neto and Professor Dorinha, Gomes downplayed the dispute and stated that pro-Aécio actions will be collective in the state. "Collective action from all sides. I think that in 18 days the best coordinator will be the people," he said. 

      In a video released on social media this Wednesday, Aécio asked for the support of Tocantins voters. "Brazil is preparing for a major change. And this change needs the strength of Tocantins, which brings with it a change in values, in the efficiency of the State. We need to acquire the conditions to face these difficulties," he stated.
