Aécio leads the presidential race in Minas Gerais.

A poll by MDA-EM Data indicates that Senator Aécio Neves (PSDB-MG) has 43,8% of the vote in the state, where he governed for almost eight years; in second place is President Dilma Rousseff (PT), with 31,9%, followed by former governor of Pernambuco Eduardo Campos, of the PSB (4,3%); in a second-round runoff, the PSDB candidate would win against the PT candidate by 49,7% to 35,5%, and also against the PSB candidate, by 63,7% or 30,9%.

Mines 247 Senator Aécio Neves (PSDB-MG) leads the presidential race in Minas Gerais, where he governed for almost eight years, with 43,8% of voting intentions. According to an MDA-EM Data survey, commissioned by the newspaper Estado de Minas, President Dilma Rousseff (PT) is in second place with 31,9%, followed by former governor of Pernambuco Eduardo Campos (4,3%). Minas Gerais is the second largest electoral college in the country, and the data refers to the stimulated survey, where the names of the candidates are presented. 

In third place is Pastor Everaldo, with 1,8% of the electorate. Blank, null, and undecided votes (B/N/I) total 16,8%. The other candidates totaled 1,3%. In total, 2.002 voters were interviewed between June 22 and 26. The margin of error is 2,2 percentage points, plus or minus.

In a simulated second round, Aécio defeats President Dilma by 49,7% to 35,5%. In this case, B/N/I total 14,8%. In a confrontation against Eduardo Campos, the PSDB senator wins by 63,7% to 30,9%, and B/N/I total 21,9%. In a dispute between Dilma and Campos, the PT candidate wins by 45,3% to 30,9%; B/N/I total 23,7% of the votes.
