I would like to share with you my joy in having Rodrigo Baggio, founder of the Committee for the Democratization of Information (CDI) and one of Brazil's great social entrepreneurs, as coordinator of our government program for Technology and Digital Inclusion.

We believe in the immense potential of technology for economic development and the reduction of social inequality. The work Rodrigo has developed with low-income communities demonstrates, in practice, the impact of technology on transforming society.
