The first seven months of Geraldo Júlio's (PSB) administration as mayor of Recife are approved by 72,3% of Recife residents, according to a survey conducted by the Integrated Research and Communication Center (Cipec); those dissatisfied total 20,7% of the population, while 7% did not respond or did not know how to evaluate this start to his term; despite the good performance, the indicators point to a drop, since between May and June the PSB member had an approval rating of 81,1%.

PE247Despite criticism, the first seven months of Geraldo Júlio's (PSB) administration as mayor of Recife are approved by 72,3% of Recife residents. The survey conducted by the Integrated Research and Communication Center (Cipec) shows that 20,7% of the population disapproves of the current administration, while 7% did not respond or did not know how to evaluate this start to his term. However, these indicators represent a decrease compared to the previous study, conducted between May and June, which highlighted that the PSB member had, until then, an approval rating of 81,1%.

The data from the latest Cipec survey were collected between July 25th and 30th, interviewing 1.603 people in 52 neighborhoods of the Pernambuco capital. The margin of error is 2,5 percentage points, plus or minus. The mayor's best indicators are among social classes D and E, which account for 53,4% ​​of the approval ratings for the PSB administration.

Confidence regarding the fulfillment of campaign promises is also positive. No less than 52,3% believe that the promises have not yet been carried out due to a lack of time to implement them. Another 30,8% believe that he is fulfilling them, and 11,7% believe that Geraldo Júlio will not be able to fulfill what he promised.
