15 state employees go on strike on Monday.

The category is demanding the approval of a Job, Career and Remuneration Plan (PCCR) that regulates functions and salaries. According to the president of Sintrase, Waldir Rodrigues, the category has been waiting for the plan's approval since 2010, but it has not yet been implemented; there are approximately 15 employees in Sintrase's base who receive salaries ranging from R$ 622 to R$ 821, according to the union leader.

Sergipe 247 - State general administration employees will paralyze activities indefinitely starting next Monday (13). The decision was taken at an assembly held this Wednesday (8), in front of the Palácio dos Despachos.

There are approximately 15 employees affiliated with Sintrase who receive salaries ranging from R$ 622 to R$ 821, according to the union leader.

"Governor, pay attention, your name will be on the streets every day, starting Monday, as someone who betrayed all the expectations and life prospects of public servants, the general administration, and public schools," Waldir stated during the protest. On Monday, the first day of the strike, the public servants will hold another demonstration in front of the State Secretariat of Budget, Planning and Management (Seplag). The following day, the demonstration will take place in front of the Finance Secretariat.
