Second-half goals from substitutes Fred and Anthony Elanga gave Manchester United a 4-2 victory over Leeds United in a thrilling Premier League match at Elland Road on Sunday.

In a heated atmosphere, the visitors opened up a lead in the 34th minute, with captain Harry Maguire returning home to score his team's first league goal of the season.

As the rain became more torrential, United compounded the home team's problems when Bruno Fernandes, who scored a hat-trick in the reverse fixture earlier this season, headed the ball into the net again in first-half stoppage time.

Seemingly disheartened, Leeds managed, at one point, to turn the game around with two goals in less than a minute at the start of the second half, exciting the fans at Elland Road.

The result moved United into fourth place with 46 points, four behind Chelsea in third, while Leeds remain in 15th, five points above the relegation zone.
