247 - In interview with the program good night 247The doctor and director of the Arab Palestinian Federation of Brazil (FEPAL), Sami El Jundi, discussed the unfolding of American and Israeli foreign policy in the Middle East. According to him, the recent measures imposed by Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu represent not only a provocation, but also a global geopolitical challenge. "First, it exposes economic interests. Second, it imposes ethnic cleansing in a violent and absurd way, because it is cynical," he stated.

We are entering the second phase of the ceasefire, which, from the beginning, was known to be a temporary relief for the population of Gaza. "The news that Israel agrees to the voluntary departure of the Palestinian people from the Gaza region is a tremendous provocation," said the expert. According to him, the Palestinian withdrawal from the region cannot be considered voluntary, as it is a process forced by systematic destruction and extermination.

Trump's radicalism and its consequences.

Commenting on American politics, El Jundi highlighted Donald Trump's increasingly radical stance. "We knew he was coming from the radicalism of the American far-right," he said. According to him, the former president is pursuing an ultraconservative agenda, appealing to religious rhetoric and toxic masculinity. "Today, he made a call to defend Christians in the United States, as if American Christianity were in danger. But this sounds much more like a defense of masculinity," he criticized.

The radicalization of the Trump administration is not accidental, but rather the result of a well-defined strategic plan. "During his time in office, he has already issued more than two hundred executive orders that were prepared even before he took office," he explained. According to the expert, this intense preparation allowed the government to implement drastic changes quickly, with a profound impact on American institutions.

Europe, NATO and the global crisis

In addition to the developments in the Middle East, El Jundi commented on the pressure exerted by Trump on Europe and NATO. "Already under the Trump administration, the United States imposed sanctions on the International Criminal Court and pressured Europe on the issue of NATO funding," he stated. According to him, Europe remains dependent on American hegemony because it cannot resolve its own identity in relation to Asia and the Middle East.

According to El Jundi, this aggressive policy of the United States reveals a pattern of international blackmail. "The Americans assume that either the world plays by their rules and they rule the world, or they take the ball home," he analyzed. The eventual withdrawal or continued presence of the United States on the UN Human Rights Council has, in his opinion, become a "complete mockery of the international community."

"Trump fills the room with goats"

The expert also highlighted Trump's strategy of creating an environment of chaos and disorientation to implement his agenda. "He fills the room with scapegoats. He doesn't put a scapegoat in the room, he fills the room with scapegoats and creates such discomfort that people oscillate between not taking him seriously and fearing him," he explained.

According to him, this technique was used in Brazil by Jair Bolsonaro, who adopted extremist rhetoric to divert attention from the destructive policies his government was implementing. "While everyone was discussing the insanity of the proposals, he was pushing through his agenda," he compared.

Ethnic cleansing in Gaza

The so-called "voluntary exit plan" from Gaza, according to El Jundi, is anything but voluntary. "Many Palestinians are already tired of seeing their children die and would accept leaving for anywhere where they can find peace. This is not a free choice, but a systematic expulsion," he declared. He also warned of a possible second Israeli plan, which would involve the creation of ghettos under strict military control. "They are transforming Gaza into a multi-million dollar gas exploitation hub and making the Palestinians pay for their expulsion with their own assets."

The expert concluded by stating that the actions of Trump and Netanyahu demonstrate a clear project of domination and repression in the Middle East, with consequences that extend far beyond Palestine. "We are witnessing a geopolitical reconfiguration that could have profound impacts on the global balance of power," he concluded. Watch:
