247 - Environmental journalist Carlos Tautz stated, in an interview with TV 247, that the speech and participation of president-elect Lula da Silva (PT) marked the "birth of a global leader." He pointed out that Lula stated that he was a protagonist, acting as a head of state, even before becoming one.

"He didn't talk about theories, he talked about concrete things. He took on the role of a demander, proposing that Brazil host COP30. He was very assertive in several aspects, adopting a diplomacy that is not common in the world," he highlighted.

"What we saw today, more than the birth of a star, was something absolutely unique in world history. It was the birth of a global leader, with a capacity for articulation that he not only demonstrated in his first two governments, but that he has been demonstrating in recent times, even before the results of the presidential elections," he continued.
