During the interview, Professor Lejeune Mirhan stated that President Lula's trip to China was spectacular. He highlighted that the Brazilian government made important commitments to the multipolar world, to de-dollarization, and to "one China," meaning the recognition of Taiwan as an integral part of China. Furthermore, the commitment made regarding peace in Ukraine was very important.

However, Professor Lejeune Mirhan warned that, at this time, it would be risky to join the new Silk Roads. He stated that the reaction from the United States would be very strong and that Brazil should not take unnecessary risks.
