247 - Fifteen days ago, Santander obtained a court order in São Paulo to release the confidentiality of emails from the last ten years belonging to Beto Sicupira, one of the three main shareholders of Americanas.
Since then, court experts, lawyers from firms hired by the bank, and employees designated by the company have been sorting through thousands of messages related to Americanas' operations over the past decade.
Santander's lawyers, Rodrigo Fux and Ricardo Tepedino, also gained access to the emails of all directors, board members, members of the fiscal committee, and employees in the accounting and finance areas who worked at the company in the last ten years.
