Caixa Seguridade, which brings together Caixa Econômica Federal's holdings in insurance and pension plans, announced on Monday that its Board of Directors has appointed Raphael Rezende Neto as the company's new CEO; he will serve a two-year term, renewable, and will replace Josemir Mangueira Assis, who is retiring.
SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Caixa Seguridade, which brings together Caixa Econômica Federal's holdings in insurance and pension plans, announced on Monday that its Board of Directors has appointed Raphael Rezende Neto as the company's new CEO.
Rezende Neto, who is taking office for a two-year term and can be re-elected, will replace Josemir Mangueira Assis, who is retiring, according to a statement sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
