"The traditional real estate model will never cease to exist," says the director of Quinto Andar.

247 - One of QuintoAndar's directors, Bruno Rossini, gave an exclusive interview to TV 247, discussing the Brazilian real estate landscape and the sector's digital transformation. At one point, presenter Beatriz Bevilaqua questioned the businessman about the future of traditional real estate agencies. The executive then stated that real estate agencies are the main driver of this market. "Although we offer a direct rental platform, we work very closely with the market and enable real estate agencies to digitize, because in reality, no one is better than a qualified broker to help someone find their dream property." 

He explains that the technology Quinto Andar develops enhances the work of real estate agents, allowing them to do their best – which is to know the details of that particular street and development. “We don't want to eliminate real estate agencies; we take the pressure off agents so they can focus on what they know how to do – and we handle all the bureaucratic aspects. All visits scheduled on our website are conducted by a real estate agent,” he explained. Watch:
