247 - For the fourth consecutive year, JBS leads the main categories of the Institutional Investor award, one of the most respected publications in the global financial market.

In 2025, the magazine named the company's executives the best CEOs and CFOs in the food and beverage sector in Latin America, in addition to awarding JBS with the best Investor Relations team, the best IR program, and the title of best IR professional. In the overall food and beverage category, JBS once again holds first place. The company was also named "Most Honored," considering all sectors analyzed by the magazine, in a survey that includes more than 1.000 professionals from global financial institutions.

The award for best CEO was given to Gilberto Tomazoni, while Guilherme Cavalcanti received the award for best CFO – both recognized for the fourth consecutive time. The company also had Christiane Assis elected as the best Investor Relations professional. Maintaining its tradition, JBS won the award for Best Investor Relations Program for the fourth year in a row and received, for the fifth time, recognition as the best investor relations team in the sector in Latin America.

“It is a great source of pride, as a representative of JBS’s 280 employees around the world, to receive the highest distinction from Institutional Investor for the fourth consecutive year. I share this recognition with each and every one of them,” says Gilberto Tomazoni, Global CEO of JBS.

He emphasizes that the result comes after a strategic moment for the company, marked by the start of trading of its shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in June of this year. "This award reinforces JBS's commitment to excellence in governance and generating value for our investors," he adds.

According to Guilherme Cavalcanti, global CFO of JBS, the result reinforces the consistency of JBS's work in its relationship with the capital markets.

"This is an important recognition of the success of JBS's strategy of offering value and growth to its investors," he added.
