By InfoMoney - At 10:15 AM (Brasilia time), the Ibovespa was down 0,21% at 95.780 points. Meanwhile, the commercial dollar rose 1,93% to R$ 5,4283 for buying and R$ 5,4304 for selling. The dollar futures contract for July was up 1,49% at R$ 5,436.

In the futures interest rate market, the DI (interbank deposit rate) for January 2022 rises 2 basis points to 2,99%, the DI for January 2023 increases 1 basis point to 4,10%, and the DI for January 2025 advances 1 basis point to 5,77%.

With a resurgence of coronavirus cases in regions that have reopened their economies, more than 37 cases of Covid-19 were recorded in the United States in a single day, the highest number ever recorded. The world's largest economy has more than 2,4 million infected.

Governors in some U.S. states are reversing plans to reopen businesses after the country experienced its biggest surge in coronavirus cases. New York City, however, is moving toward another phase of reopening on July 6th, which will include allowing indoor dining at restaurants, team sports, and beauty services.
