RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) - The Board of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) decided in a ruling this Wednesday to impose a fine of 300 reais on businessman Eike Batista in a case involving the disclosure of information about the sale of control of the energy company MPX (now Eneva) to the German group E.ON.
