BRASILIA (Reuters) - Federal tax revenue rose 0,79 percent in January compared to the same month last year, in real terms, to 137,392 billion reais, the Federal Revenue Service announced on Wednesday.
The performance was virtually in line with analysts' expectations of 138 billion reais in revenue for the first month of the year, according to a Reuters poll.
