Renato Aragão suffers a transient ischemic attack and is hospitalized in Rio

The 87-year-old actor and comedian suffered a disruption in blood supply to the brain.

247 - Actor and comedian Renato Aragão, 87, was taken to Samaritano Hospital in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio, on Wednesday (7). He was diagnosed with a transient ischemic attack (TIA), an alteration in the blood supply to the brain. The information was published by G1 portal

"Renato is under neurological monitoring," said Lilian Aragão, the comedian's wife. "He's doing well and being monitored with lots of love and care. He felt dizzy and we came to the hospital. We thought it was labyrinthitis. He's under observation in his room, as he should be," she added. "Renato is wonderful as always and sending kisses to everyone," she continued.
