Echoing the statement released yesterday by his family, Carvalho reiterated that these are monitoring exams and therapies necessary for his lung cancer treatment. According to him, who is also a musician, these procedures may eventually result in hospital stays.

In May 2021, during a check-up at Albert Einstein Hospital, the singer was diagnosed with a primary tumor in her left lung and had to undergo treatment with immunotherapy and radiotherapy.
